Getting off the vapes can only help your lungs, that is my next goal, I ended smoking 2 weeks ago. Went form 30 a day to 0 took me 2 months, I did it by using a Juul vap but the end goal is to stop that too in a month or so.

Have you considered Hypnotherapy ?? I only suggest it because my grandfather went from 20 a day for over 50 years to zero in one afternoon !!!

No cravings, withdrawel symptoms, patches or anything like that. Infact he said it was the easiest thing he ever did because he didnt even have to try. The guy just convinced him he didnt want to smoke anymore
