I always reply to those emails, if you don;t spend a few minutes giving a company your feed back then you ave no right to complain when they goof up or have some silly features.

Every host I have been with does this, it is a normal part of service to show they care about the client and to learn form their service, it is good for the company and clients.

Next time you are not happy with tech support you have only yourself to blame if you do not reply to the courtesy feed back rating emails.

The best is when they send the follow up email asking how they did and they never addressed the original question you opened the ticket for. I had one where I wanted to say , just pay my money and then ask how I would rate the support.

Hosts take this more seriously than sponsor programs.

Of course it's a very competitive business and they have overhead so they need that next client to register. Good for hosts.
