The oceans absorb gases stop buying all the hype to tax people and companies over gas emissions.

Why I eat steaks, it reduces the number of cows that can exit gases that affect the climate.

We are first in greenhouse gas emissions in the EU but there is more to this read the article.

"EU lists Malta as its worst greenhouse gas emitter, but there's a catch

Eurostat data includes emissions generated by Malta-registered aircraft, most of which do not operate in Malta"

https://timesofmalta.com/article/eu-lis ... ch.1130039

How is it Malta generating emissions if the planes are not flying over Malta?

I don't know about Maltese planes but that's the age old question ??? How does a country measure its own carbon emissions ?? Is it just the emissions that are produced in your country or is it also the emissions produced by everything you consume ???

For example, most of us in the west are used to going into a supermarket and buying food that's been flown half way round the world just a day or two before, but we don't include those emissions in our countries total. Instead we lump them on the exporting country

Same goes for smartphones. We all have one and they require rare earth minerals from China, but the extraction of those minerals produces vast amounts of toxic gasses and carbon emissions. Again we don't include those in our countries total. Instead we attribute them to China.

Climate change is a GLOBAL problem that requires a GLOBAL response. Right now, pretty much EVERY country is on board (Paris Climate Agreement)............. except the USA because Trump says its a hoax !!. If America doesn't change course, its going to drag the whole world towards a climate disaster.

If that were true then why are we seeing record breaking heatwaves all over the world ??? Every year is hotter than the last

You need to get your head out of the sand and start listening to the science instead of Donald Trump !

That's the kind of argument that all climate change deniers put out

It's not about banning ALL fossil fuels. It's about reducing our emissions to try and stop the world heating up to dangerous levels

I really don't see why that is so hard to understand ??? If you can't see the world is heating up then you must be blind

Any other city in the world have a fee to drive in it, we have the Transport for London (TfL) Congestion Charge which in my opinion is a rip off. Plus all London boroughs have an additional charge the TfL ULEZ scheme.
