I am working on a list of premium subdomains. Mainly from a list of historical premium dot coms.
After I update my domain value estimator equation and functionality, we plan to post these for registration. Another reason the sign up is not working.

We are upgrading the database to not allow people to register premium subdomains.

People email me all the time wanting to buy NUDE.com.
Everything has its price, I would take $14.5 million.
I used to say $4.5 million and before that 2 and before that 1.5.
I have learned since that 1.5 and 2 million are not enough. $4.5 million is probably not enough, so I added a 1 in front of it.

People say something is worth what someone will pay for it.
Well that is the BUYERS point of view or someone that must sell something to survive.

The owner decides the value not the buyer.

I do like subdomains. I never put all my eggs in one basket.

If someone puts all their eggs in one basket, they put all their effort or resources into doing one thing so that, if it fails, they have no alternatives left. The key word here is diversify; don't put all your eggs in one basket.
Spread your interests, skills, and investments, ensuring that a single setback doesn't have catastrophic consequences.

If subdomains are considered a new site by Google and I can link them all to and from NUDE.com then I am greatly increasing interconnected sites.
Each subdomain will have a directory on NUDE.com dedicated to exchanging links with said subdomain.

Why go buy domains when I can create an unlimited number for the cost of the one GREAT domain I already have registered.

No eggs in one basket is also why I own over 300 OTHER Domains and many of them are generating recurring income. Some are doing very well. Others, like the ones that are STILL on hostedtube, LOL, obviously are not generating income as that program shut down and I have not updated those sites. I am working with a local food market to build greenhouses, because they are not able to keep fresh food available for their customers. I should have land secured within a month for the project. The great thing about that is, my metal building business will be supplying the green houses structures, to be built.
If I can get the crew together, which I have most of, my erection crew will be erecting the red iron greenhouses.

Back to why I asked the question about AI.NUDE.com. I am working with an AI team now to throw something up on the subdomain. They want to buy it, but I prefer partnerships (of a non legally binding sort.)
