AI.NUDE.com
What do you estimate the price to be?
Thanks for the appropriate response.

Bikker and I are working on our own AI, so it is not really for sale.

I would take $1.2 million LOL!

I am working on a list of premium subdomains. Mainly from a list of historical premium dot coms.
After I update my domain value estimator equation and functionality, we plan to post these for registration. Another reason the sign up is not working.

We are upgrading the database to not allow people to register premium subdomains.

I am hoping to get a few thousand initial sign up and then a small yearly fee. Probably $69 for obvious reasons. maybe $77 because you get 8 more!
$1.2 million for nude.com or ai.nude.com?

Have you sold any subdomain on your nude.com and how much did you get for it

The most I have received is $1000 plus the yearly renewal.

I am working a deal for AI.NUDE.com now. Thus this thread.

Subdomains are a thing and they are growing, albeit slowly. They only work with GREAT domains.

I wonder why other top level domains do not sell subdomains, say sex.com. porn.com or xxx.com

Why give away a subdomain that can make you money is probably why they do not sell theirs.

They do not have the vision.

Everyone listens to TAC and uses folder instead.

That is the issue, there was never a debate.

The problem was the people NOT reading the question and staying on subject, which is answering the question and then reading and applying all the replies as an educated, informed and trained person would.
Instead people want to hear themselves think how smart they are and just talk and type unrelated information, then think they are smart because some other idiot agrees with them. Too many of you think everything is a democracy!

A democracy is two pedophiles and a teen mom determine the age of consent.

Yes subdomains help with SEO, Yes if you have NOT used folders for SEO already then DO folders first, then do subdomains. DUH! been there done that, explained this over and over.

However, if you want to build many websites with different SEO, so all YOUR eggs are not in one basket or all your SEO is NOT on ONE site, then USE subdomains to diversify.

I get it! This is too advance a strategy for almost all of you to comprehend.

Now can we get back to the reason this thread was created?

If NUDE.AI is worth $1.2 million? (Go to NUDE.AI to LEARN why I typed that in. NO, I am not the registrar of the domain, nor am I the registrant.)

What is AI.NUDE.com worth?

Too add a question, if NUDE.AI is worth $1.2 million then what is NUDE.com worth?

NO, it is not worth what someone will pay for it. That is what people with not enough money and buyers say.

It is worth what the person in control of selling it with SALE it for. The person in control of the item is who determines what it will be exchanged for NOT the person buying it.

To say something is worth what someone will pay for it, it utterly absurd. Like the person paying has some magical power over the person owning/in control.

All you would have sold NUDE.com for the offer of money you had never received before. Then would have lost all the money that you would have made since then. For example, in the 90s I was offered a million for NUDE.com. Obviously, I turned it down. Since then I have made more than a million from the domain. Who made the better decision?
ME for not allowing some buyer dictate that the Domain was worth what someone / THEY would buy it for.

If NUDE.AI is worth $1.2 million? According to the current registrant.

What is AI.NUDE.com worth?

Too add a question, if NUDE.AI is worth $1.2 million then what is NUDE.com worth?

If this was some shit name, like badamateurs.com, then it is only worth some equation of its ROI.
But these are both 4 letter domains, that spell real words, that people know and can spell and can say in public without ridicule.
This alone is valuable. If they are generating traffic, have members, potential in niche etc then that is added to value of the 4 letter word.

How do you come up with that figure, I highly doubt sex.com unarguably the most valuable porn domain is even worth half that figure these days.
