This is back and I have not deleted any web pages off my sites,how can it be, it is showing pages that were gone over 6 months ago.

It could be your sitemap is out of date. I'd recommend using something like https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

Constantly crawls your site, updating your sitemap and automatically submits it to google, bing etc

That is a really nice site I have been using it 34ddww the free version will crawl 500 pages.
