So my son gave me a pair of AirPods last Christmas and lately the sound quality and volume was not that great. Yesterday I called the local Apple store they offered me an appointment same day but I could not make it so they gave me one for today. I showed up, they scanned the QR code in the email they had sent me, said wait within 5 minutes a guy came over said let's test them, he said they are not perfect so I'll get you a new pair. That is what you call service.

My Iphone and Ipad have never needed fixing so never had to call or take them in for repairs,but it is good to know they handle warranty issues well.

No, but they kept telling me to buy some. But, that was when desktops and iPods were their main thing and no one told me about the iPhone until like 2 days before it came out, then the next day our office closed with no one telling us why... At the time I thought the company was dying..

Did you know Bill Gates invested in Apple at one point so it would stay in business.
