Hello my friends sorry for been away.
About the topic:
- sms and whatsapp push notification

Is really usefull when you are building a community or as part of a featured for the user to provide customize results.

We found out that there is always a % of 0 results under user preference, by recording all that data the website/platform can latter get that type of content in order to get more traffic and offcourse user satisfaction.

With that kind of development you can start thinking about creating a homepage that reacts to user behavior "personalize homepage according to my prefferences", the end result could be more time on the website or even more active on the comments is the website allows it.

Hope you found this useful
