This was very awkward last night. I was at a restaurant with my boyfriend for his sisters birthday dinner, my ex waked in with a friend of his (male) that I know, we saw each other but neither of us said a word. As I walked over to the restroom he said hi, I muttered a shallow hi in case he stricked up a conversation. We broke up when he discovered I was cheating on him. I dd not want my boyfriend to see us talking so as not to have to explain who he was.... How do you handle meeting an ex when you are out with your new man?

Been there a couple of times when I was out with the dragon, one was at my son's kindergarten. I recognized an exgirlfriend there from 20 years ago, she came over said hi Dave, I said hi do I know you, she was rather cool about it, she said don't you remember me, I said sorry I think you are mixing me up with another guy.

The other time was when i was dehydrated from being at the beach all day and ended up in ER, I recognized the voice of the woman talking to another patient there, when she cam over it was an ex and she happened to be my er doctor,lol. Again I was with the dragon and she looked at my face, and obviously knew me, she took my patient chart called out my name said what seems to be the problem today. Very professional of her.
