Yummy I could eat that right now, but my lunch is always light. Here I am having my cottage cheese, olives, unsalted crackers for lunch, one of the big problems of all diabetics is watching what we eat. I think we bring on diabetes by liking to eat and not caring what we eat until we get diagnosed with diabetes.

Honestly it's a progressive disease once you are Type @ all you can hope for is to control it as best you can, it gets worse and in many ways it is similar to cancer, it eats ou up slowly form inside. Organs slowly fail, it can kill you in a split second if you over at to the point where your blood sugar spikes, then you can have a heart attack, stroke or go into a diabetic coma. RIP to your grand mother.

I grill my chops on the barbecue 100 times better than frying them.

How long does it take to deep fry a 15 pound turkey?
Once the temperature of the oil has reached 350°F (180°C), slowly and gently lower the turkey into the oil. SLOWLY AND GENTLY. Fry the turkey for 3 minutes per pound (455 grams). For a 15 lb (6.8 kg) turkey, this will take 45 minutes.

You need a large frying utensil for this, much easier to get an aluminum foil tray at the dollar tore stick the turkey in the oven.
