[NON-BUSINESS] Vaccine passports are now the law

Hi as of today vaccine passports are the law here in Quebec, for 13 and up you have to show the app on your phone or official paper proof along with a government issued photo ID to enter certain non-essential establishments such as. Restaurants, bars, team sports,cinemas and indoor pools.

I know why they implemented t, I agree everyone who can should get fully vaccinated but a couple of points.

1. If you are a passenger go out and forget your phone or wallet you can not go into a bar or restaurant.
2. I still do not get why you have to walk into a bar or restaurant wearing a mask but as soon as you sit down you take it off. And every time i go out I feel bad for the staff at a restaurant who has to wear a mask while the patrons are sitting stuffing their faces without one.
3. Pulling out your driver license and showing a whole bunch of strangers all the time seems not such a good idea.

But it is the law as of today so we have to comply.

If everyone would go get vaccinated we would not need lock downs and vaccine passports. So I agree with what you said, whatever gets them to go get protected.

This will be my first passport I carry around with me everyday if it comes to LA.What else will they come up with, a flu, diabetes , cholesterol......passport

You can be vaccinated and still transmit the virus , so this is a waste of energy. Stay away from others in public laces, minimum 6 feet.

I think one problem they are going to have is that every country (or state in the US) has its own healthcare and vaccine passport which leaves the whole thing wide open to fraud

One of our affiliates told me recently that he's purchased a fake app which shows he's been vaccinated in Hungary...... even thoug he hasnt !

I think there's gonna be a lot more of this kind of thing as vaccine passports become more and more common
