Wordpress can be ok for a tube, but if you want a larger, real tube, then don't use WP. Lots of people do when they start out.

Mechbunny is kinda the standard for tubes - but depends exactly what you intend to do with it

Show me one tube run on WP that gets over 100,00 hits a day,it is great for blogs not for tubes.

2. for what type of site
3. how much traffic does the site get or will get
4 How much is your monthly budget.

Answer those 4 questions then i will direct you the the best place I know of.
