Pondering Selling Network of Sites
Heya
Pondering selling an entire network of sites - about 150 domains, sites up to 24years old, plenty of DA30+, lowest alexa around 290000 etc etc...
I keep getting offers for sites individually and thats great - but how the hell does one price sites/networks given it cant really be done based on income (as that is fragmented to a thousand sources)... any ideas?

If you were my buyer here is what I would tell you, so look at it form the other side as a seller.
"There is a desperate seller wants to unload about 150 domains and sites going back 24 years, we can low ball this guy."
Here is typically what happens when anyone is selling all his domains and sites after 24 years of hard work. He either needs cash fast, has had enough, is not making the money he was, has some immediate payments to make such as a divorce settlement, foreclosure on his property....
So telling you as a potential client who wants to sell, do not put it up as a package you will get taken to the cleaners. You will get more selling them off individually.
Bets of luck with the sale.

Very reasonable and sound arguments, I appreciate it.
Suspect you are right about how the offer might be perceived and how to maximize income from it ... one difficulty is that the income streams are mixed in a spiderweb from all the domains making it difficult to sell individually. But might be worth trying either way

How many people today have the desire or money to buy 150 sites, I'm sure you are not looking for a quick $10K, if you want to post me the ball park income and expenses on pm. Just round numbers I'll tell you what you might get for them.

Do you own any of the content on the sites? If so, I know a buyer

I sold the affiliate network with exclusive content already, so these come with no exclusive content sadly

I am certain this has crossed your mind how about offering them to the person who bought your affiliate network of sites.

Interesting to hear how others see it when you are looking to sell

If you sold your affiliate network and now looking to sell the 150 sites what is left, are you leaving the business or transitioning into mainstream.
