[BUSINESS] Wordpress 5.8 update is available

For those who insist on manually updating their blogs, well 5.8 is available today, my WP blogs all did it without any effort from me.

Mine are all set to auto enable for updates and I get the update emails, had a few earlier today.

For once I didnt notice the introduction of any new bugs, fatal errors or catastrophes .... It must be a minor update

i stopped they started taking good things out. why the fuck would you take out classic post? instead of making advanced posting a plugin????

No logic behind it or above my pay scale, I have the classic editor plugin on all my blogs.

Now they messed up the widget management...at least theres a plugin to remove the new disaster "upgrade" to that part

I just went to check on one of my blogs, not spent time on it but does that mean we can create our own area on the site to place widgets.

Well you always could - but you basically manage that area by a block system like the editor now
