Do a WHOIS at any registrar and see if you can get the email they used for the domain registration email them.

A lot of times the rep isn't the one causing the payment to be missing, he might be just as mad at them as you are depending on the situation and he probably doesn't know why unless he owns or part owns the program, too.

Yeh reps sometimes are stuck between a rock and a hard place when dealing with missing payments. A freind of mine is a rep and he tells me some weird stories that he has to play to keep his job.

Back 100 years ago when I was a cashier, we were FORCEd to scan one at a time and put in the next area, so the video camera can track that we were not helping steal.
