You can place Chaturbate on a subdomain.

My Chaturbate plugin lets you parse and display cams on your main domain sending traffic to your WL on your sub.

WhaleHunter won't give you ssl on a cname, only when you change your domain nameservers. So yeah, you can do subs but you won't get ssl

Why webmasters use white labels in place of sending their traffic to a sponsor site, this is my guess, ego. They think having a white label on their domain makes them more important or special. My sales to the sponsor sites are more than to my white labels, so I stopped going with WL's.
