I love it. I get to meet new and interesting people, go on fun trips(the last time I was an AM), I never flew before doing affiliate management and I've been to 4 countries so far, I have learned a lot about CPA/email marketing/media buying/data analysis/etc, and they pay is set where when my affiliates do well, I do too, so that is definitely motivational on top of everything.

It's CPA, though, so offers come and go sometimes, just like every CPA. It's not for everyone, but if you have the traffic for it and know what CPA is, or would like to learn, let me know.

I like it there, great people too, but CPA is a bit different than regular affiliate marketing like we're all used to. I'm getting there, mostly in the mainstream end of things, but still learning.

The paycheck is important, having a steady cash flow is worth a lot, you do some of your own affiliate sales on the side you have the best of both worlds. most of us just have the affiliate sales to live on, and the slow times hurt. Keep the job man.
