homeless in Los Angeles is a pandemic too
No one cares to figure out and actually do something about the homeless in Los Angeles, if there is ever one reason I might leave my home town is to get away form the homeless people. They re every where, you can not walk 2 mins down the street from one store to the next without one approaching you for cash. This is not only bad for the homeless but also not nice for others who do not want people shitting in the streets, camping out in front of building they walk by and all the rest......

Give them a job so they can afford to rent place
Stop looking for reps if they don't care why waste your time and traffic at their program, fuck that.

You all miss the point not every homeless person wants to be off the streets, some refuse to go to shelters and want to live the way they are. This is for real I saw a documentary about Skid row, and they interviewed a number of homeless individuals and the answers on where they would want to live will amaze you.

They are people who are less fortunate than the rest of us, not a virus, how can you call them a pandemic.Be nice to others.

Garcetti’s spending proposal, which will be discussed during his State of the City address on Monday, reflects the growing pressure he and others at City Hall are under to make significant headway on a crisis that has left tens of thousands of people living in squalor in streets, parks and beaches. How can you hold down a job living off the streets, be real, they are in a down and out cycle. Give them shelter so they can get organized.

We have a massive homeless community in London, and no one seems to care about their plight.

Bottom line being homeless is unfortunate and hard, add this virus no one but the homeless had it so bad, I feel sorry for them.
