Summer 2021 vacation

I hope this Summer we can travel and go to a warm place. If we can not then this will be 2 Summers in a row I have been stuck at home. Do you want to go somewhere for the Summer or are you staying put.

We have our Summer plans done, whatever happens we are staying home and redoing the roof and replacing the above ground hot tub with an inground one.

A lot of people have been doing home improvements since they can not go on vacation. Instead of spending the money on a one time trip you are making your home better to live in and increasing it's value, this is what I did last year. Got the master bathroom done, by August I'll have saved enough to tear out the kitchen remodel it with new appliances.

Not going any where even if they say it is safe, staying home and not risking it. I actually have a cruise trip in June but not doing it, last year I was booked on a cruise they offered me a year postponement I took it, but going to ask them to give me another year extension.

A cruise is out of the question, last year a few cruise ships got passengers affected and they stayed out to sea, no way.

Here is where my summer vacation is going to be, every vacation this year, at home spending the money on making it more to my taste. Last year it was redoing the gazebo and hot tub, this year I am working on a new roof.

I used to go every 2-3 months for the weekend until last January the good days before this pandemic.

If things ease up a trip to Seattle to visit my sister and her children will be tempting. I have not seen them in nearly 2 years now.

The idea of sleeping in a hotel where others may have the C Virus is just not appealing.
