My sleeping has slowly taken a turn for less hours since this pandemic, any of you have the same experience.

I go to sleep around 1am and am up by 6am latest. I used to sleep form midnight until 8am before the pandemic.

I have never been much of a sleeper, most days I get 5 hours of snooze time.

Around 11pm we go to bed, but when I go to sleep is probably around 1am.

we keep very similar hours  I never was into too much sleep, it seems a waste of time and life to me. I know doctors will tell you to get 8hours but that is 1/3rd of your life wasted if you ask me.
