but not for those people doing keto
pumpkin pie - 41 carbs per slice
ice cream - 16 carbs per 1/2 cup
so that will definitely put a dieter out of nutritional keto

Everything that tastes good is bad for you, especially if you have some underlying medical condition such as diabetes.

that depends on your definition of "tastes good"TheButcher wrote: ↑April 9th, 2018, 9:05 amEverything that tastes good is bad for you, especially if you have some underlying medical condition such as diabetes.
some cultures think that dog meat tastes good, or cockroaches taste good, or newly hatched baby chickens taste good
for diabetes .....
do some research on keto diet
i do not have diabetes (yet) but i think the keto diet is super healthy
this morning my sister had cherrios and milk for breakfast - tastes good to her with 20g carbs
this morning i had spinach, bacon, hard boiled egg left over from easter, salsa, and saurkraut all mixed together - tastes good to me with practically 0 cargs
i eat less than 20 carbs a day, and don't miss the sugars at all
so check out a modified keto diet, and see if it is something that you might want to nutritionally try to manage your diabetes
