My son bought me a vape for Christmas and 2 types of cartridges (is that what they call the refills? 1.6% and 3% both no flavours. He said maybe it will help me stop smoking. I'll tell you one puff on the thing and it is not for me. Forget this vaping , I'll stick to the regular cancer sticks thank you very much.

Being the germophobe I am, I also did not think too highly of ticking the same thing in my mouth all the time and having saliva in it, forget this.

Get the flavored refills they will make the experience more pleasant that is what I did. Try the various ones till you find the one you enjoy.

Does your vape use regular juice or nicotine salt? Regular juice won't give you that lovely scratch in your throat. Been there and tried that. Nicotine salt is different. It's not the real thing but close enough to keep me off the pall malls. Juul is nic salt, blu offers regular juice vapes as well as nic salt. If you do a search I'm guessing you'll turn up a bunch of others. I'm using the juul. Its readily available at stores around me and does the trick. I went back on the wagon over 3 month ago and haven't touched a smoke since. If you do switch give it a couple days and stay away from the cigs. It hits your lungs a little differently and it might take a couple days for you to get accustomed to get more satisfaction.
