If you want to make money you need a lot of full length videos added every day , working with short clips is not the way to build a large following or money.

$1000 a month is 1 sale a day, not hard. But you have to get it some traffic, work on the traffic. I've been slowly working on my tube (www.GayMoviesPage.com), I fill it with in-house content so promoting my own paysites and just slowly building traffic for it.
My goal is when it gets to 2,000 unique visitors a day it will be worth making a full on tube out of it and I can put some resources in to it. Right now I'm about half way to that goal.
