I take our dog out at 6.30-7am every morning, otherwise no one else at home will do it. Come evening time the kids and wife are home and take her for her walkiesI run 2-3 nights a week, about 3 miles each time. I stopped going to the gym, it was a waste of $57 a month to be honest, I would yap with friends there and hardly do any work outs towards the end.

are you on a vegan, vegetarian, SAD, paleo, or keto diet?

do you eat processed foods with trans-fats instead of natural organic foods?

do you uses corn oil or safflower oil or canola oil instead of virgin olive oil ?

do you eat wild-caught salmon and pastured eggs and chicken and beef and bison (but not too much protein, either)?

do you eat less than 25g carbs a day, and less than 50g protein a day?

do you do high-intensity interval training workouts (sprint full speed 30 seconds, walk 1 minute, repeat for 10 minutes)

has your doctor done an particulate LDL test to determine how much of your LDL is small rather than puffy (there are sume studies that say that if your LDL is mostly of the puffy type, that is good for you, because there are different types of LDLs, and some are better and some are worse, depending upon the type and size of the LDL particle)

is your HDL over 50 ?

i would exerise more if i could, but physically disable, so all i can do is walk with a walker

you can get yourself an OLDE vintage style schwinn airdyne stationary bicycle - it's great and should be innexpensive on craigslist

(not the newer style)

carbs don't fill people up like a healthy keto diet does

i am combining the weight watchers old points program (the one before their points plus program, and way before their current brand new program) with keto, and the diet seems to be working nicely

i bought an olde weight watchers points food book that gives the points value of foods, off of ebay, for $3 or so

I never understand why people use indoor exercise equipment in place of walking or jogging in fresh air, can you explain this to me.

If you live on the east coast where it snows a lot in the winter, and going out is a pain in the ass, it makes sense to use one of those.I still like my walks but that is because my dog would poop all over the place if I didnb't take her out 3 times a day.

It is one of the ways I keep myself fit, at least I feel good about working off the calories.
