Look all the more power to her for trying to lose weight, obesity is a killer disease and complicates other conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease you name it. Another point obese people have a higher morbidity rate of they contract the Coronavirus. So I hope she lowers r weight any which way she see's right.

But really why does it have to get that far before you realize you are too heavy. Of course I understand some people get fat without choice but my non-medical layman's thinking goes like this. If you consume more calories than you burn the excess will pile on as fat.

When visiting my grand mother in the care home sent her last years at, the hallways were stinking of food and bed pans. One time I went to see a friends mother in another care home and the place did not smell , I asked the receptionist how come the place does not smell like other homes, she said they do not serve meat there. So meat in closed places causes a stink, plus they did not have trays of food and bed pans lying around in the hallways which probably helped matters.

Gastric band is a bitch of a procedure my aunt had it 4 years ago and eats like a bird now, she can not eat more than a couple of bites every time, do not get it if you want to eat normal afterwards.
