warren buffet doesn't drive a new bmw m4 every year

Buffet drives an older 2014 Cadillac. The MSRP for a new one was $23,500.

Before his 2014 Caddy, he owned a 2006 Cadillac

so he gets a new car every 8 years or so

He also still lives in the same house that he purchased years ago for $31,500 in 1958

Yeah, but does that make you happy?

I happen to drive a Focus. Bought it new 4 years ago paid in cash. After all, it's just a beat up Focus. What makes me happy is not having a payment, not sweating making sales to pay a car note. That makes me happy, not where it gets parked. :)

Not saying you are wrong but are you really happy or just making yourself feel good with buying things. Not that you are alone, a lot of us are that way too.
