It is pretty straight forward, look at the terms they use, there is a hint there.

Breadcrumbs are usually something like this, in this case using Json for structured data:

<title>title</title>
<script type="application/ld+json">
{
"@context": "https://schema.org",
"@type": "BreadcrumbList",
"itemListElement": [{
"@type": "ListItem",
"position": 1,
"name": "Whatever",
"item": "https://site.com/whatever"
},{
"@type": "ListItem",
"position": 2,
"name": "Something",
"item": "https://site.com/whatever/something"
},{
"@type": "ListItem",
"position": 3,
"name": "Third Thing"
}]
}
</script>

Make sure that however you're doing it, that there are "name":'s in there. Also, Google is depreciating the structured data test, use Rich Results Test now I think. :)
