in the setting only followers can dm u. u can't turn it off

Just delete the follower and change your settings to not accept all DM's

Not that I care but it is a surprise twitter does not let you block all DM messages on their site.

Question on some sites it is called a "Direct message" (DM) on forums they call it "Private message" PM, why is that.
