Html doesn't exactly convert over to CSS. Some things can be put into a style.css or inline CSS, but some things you might need to be more specific and edit a bit:

CSS file (save as style.css):

a:link {color: #0000ff;}
a:visited {color: #0000ff;}
a:active {color: #0000ff;}
body {margin:0 auto;}

HTML file:

<html>
<head>
<title>Row Row Row Your Boat</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/style.css">
</head>
<body>
<h1>
Row Row Row Your boat
<br><br><br>
Row row row your boat
<br><br>
Gently down the stream
<br><br>
Merrily merrily merrily merrily
<br><br>
Life is but a dream
<br><br><br>
<img src="rowingboat.jpg">
</h1>
</body>
</html>

Then with the <br/>s, you could do things like put them as separate paragraphs, putting them in different DIVs and use margin, etc. instead, but you can't really edit brs with CSS. Or just use them how they are. Might need a couple of little edits, too, like the style.css path and stuff.

True, but there's been lots of progress made. It can be hard to keep up with the innovations.

lol yeah, probably not. CSS3 doesn't even formally exist, either, it's just an extension of 2.1
