Used car salesmen never lie or embellish the truth :)

Sorry not trying to laugh at you or the situation, but having never bought off FB I have no idea, but it seems bad business on his behalf tricking a woman who is not into car parts like that.

Sorry for the loss, hope others can give you ideas.

You have an option to complain on Facebook about buyers and sellers even if they have blocked you, check that option babe.

Magic "use car salesman" scam. At least new car sales people sell brand new cars not junk.

What can I do anything?
go to his facebook page and complain about his lack of ethics

go to his "google my business" and compain about his bad business practice and lack of ethics, give him a 1 star out of 5 (the lowest rating)

go to yelp if he is on yelp, and give him an honest review about his bad business practice

go to the better business bureau and complain about the store

go to your facebook page, and complain about his bad business practice, and ask your local friends to share with their local friends

I still like my comment about used car salesman, but on a serious note Aly did you get any positive resolution.

If you do not know , tires can have good thread left on them but over the years if they have been stored, especially more than 3 on top of each other they can get brittle and unsafe.

Easy said when you have credit and income, never mind a down payment. Not everyone pays $25,000 for a new car, and even at that you don't get much now. Some people are happy to afford a $1,000 car and that might be all they can afford.
Otherwise I agree with your premise.
