Colmike7 is a code genius , all day today I have been monkeying around to fix the banner script and I tried reinstalling the dam script a few times, all sorts of things. Nothing worked even the upgrade went into errors. I hit up colmike on skype asked him what he thought , he said go change this line , bingo fixed.

Man is a php genius.

For PHP coders: { } has been depreciated (well, at least this time the depreciation made it to the production release of 7(.4?) lol) for arrays and string offsets. So, use [ ] instead.
Sometimes you will get a PHP 5 script that will throw errors when you install it on 7 and you just have to fix it by editing the code. (Don't roll back to an earlier PHP version)

I'm not exactly sure, but curly brackets throw a parsing error now. Probably something new uses those brackets in 7 is my guess but I haven't looked into that in detail yet.
