how often do you eat out or fast food

I just had this idea form another post here. I eat out too often. Not so much about the cost but my health.

Truth be said I could have a BigMac and fries every lunch time, but the dragon always talks me out of it, she says 2 times a week is enough fast food. I hope she's thinking of my health but I think it might be because she is on a diet and doesn't want to smell that delicious aroma when I bring it home.

i can make beef wellington better than any restaurant, so no need to eat out

Most lunch times I grab a quick take away. Most nights we cook at home. MY girlfriend is a little health conscious.

Eat like every once a month in fast-food chains such as mcdonalds or at Burger King. Don't really like the taste of Mcdonalds though so I much prefer Burger King

Only when I go out, maybe 2 nights a week some times 3 but that is it.
