Greetings fellow forumers, i'm a newcomer into the adult industry and what i'm looking is to study around, learn what's working and what is not and build up a fanbase. At the moment i've picked a niche, but im facing some serious problems. I'm into the making of a tube site, but it seems that i cannot grab and embed videos from my affiliates, probably is the WP theme that im using which making that issues?? i just wonder if through discussion i could find some people to point me on the right direction to read more information regarding that business.

I found a nice theme from pornaffiliate website, which was a nice one to make a tube site, but it came without any guide or information on how should i post videos etc. (and these dudes never answer my email) so i assumed that i need to make posts as a blog. I tried to make posts, which created a new blank video thumbnail on the homepage, the thing is that you can't open the video as clicking it will take you to the same page (homepage) on new tab, but also it doesn't seem to have any options about that on theme customisation. So the thing is, can i start with a free theme or do i need a paid one and thats for sure? Do i need a plugin for video embedding or can i do this on my own as a beginner?

Honestly, you will struggle to get support from anyone on that level. I dont mean to be nasty or anything, but he provides you a free theme to use - and then its up to you to figure out the rest ... some of the paid themes have support included or offer installation for an extra fee - but even then you will usually be expected to figure the actual workings yourself (but some have a bit of documentation to help, others do not)

yes i did, but so far i haven't made it even on tube! The whole idea is to include many different options for the future clients, like offering online adult games, cams, dating chat rooms etc. but as a newbie i would like to find my mentors first, theres a long road!
