kind of dumb question about server

Sorry for asking a dumb question, my sites are very slow today. I have Cpanel with my hosting account, is there way to see how hard my server is working by looking there.

That server is not over worked and not the reason for your sites loading slow.

Your server load is extremely low - if it reaches 5-10 you can start to look at it & theres plenty of memory ...so yeah, either your own end or the route

Clear your browser cache and dns cache, 2 things I picked here a long time ago.
