best directory themes out there

I downloaded it a while back but haven't done anything with it yet. If you try it, feedback would be nice

The free ones all suck,you have to spend a few bucks for a real one.

Stay away from Premiumpress - their directory theme is terribly inflexible - and every time they release a new version they somehow ensure it isnt backward compatible.

You could design your own with custom post types & a builder like Nimble Builder

I think theyre basically trying to get people to rebuy - it took action from users to get them to provide the upgraded themes at all to customers with "lifetime licenses" ....but of course it doesnt help when the new version breaks the old

Personally not into premiumpress after hey took away the free person I had and can not download it to fix the corrupted pages. So fuck them.
