Make a screenshot.
Resize/crop it to the size/ratio that you want. (keep things consistent)
Add a white border. Either in an image editor or you can just use CSS like they did on the site. (They used 5px padding and box-shadow)

That's about it.


Edit: To take the screenshot, it's the prnt scrn (PRT SC) button, usually with fn+end on Windows.
