There is this guy at the gas station I quite like, over the past few weeks I go there more often just to see him, I go in get my gas, later on I go buy smokes, next day I go get my milk and bread..........just to see him. We usually end up talking for 5-10 minutes and I leave. I think he likes me as much as I like him, but he's not making the move. How would you feel if a woman asked you out for a drink?

But what do you have to lose, if you think he likes you then pull the trigger say something like.

"Hey Jack I'd love to stay talk more about this, its always nice talking to you but I have to run or else I will be late to work. How about we finish this conversation later at Starbucks when we both finish our work."

I've used a similar line with women when I was dating a few hundred years ago. Some times it worked out some times they turned me down.

You should see if he wants to get coffee or lunch and talk. A lot of times, guys will really want to ask a girl out, but won't if he's at work for a couple reasons.

Jesus the guy is living at home with his girlfriend and child and you want to date him, he sounds like a winner. What's next when you two hit it off and he invites you back to his place. First of all he needs to do the right thing for the child before having another one. Plus take care of his girlfriend or exgirlfriend, support them, make sure they have a place to live and food to eat, be a father to the kid. Then worry about banging some other chick, having kids is not the same as buying stuffed animal at Christmas for someone, it is a life long responsibility.

Then I would say, a gas station attendant really!!!! Then I would say, "He already has proven how responsible he is with sex, is that what you want in a man?"

This guy sounds like he might be trying to do what is best for his child. Even if it means living with someone that is NOT his soulmate. He, most likely, does not need a distraction from the most important responsibility a man will ever have. Raising his child.
