If you made none then you broke none, think about it for next year.

Over Christmas I watched a video about the benefits of not eating meat products and am doing more research on this. I might drop meat from my diet. I will update the thread if I decide to go "meat free"

Vegan burgers are simply disgusting. I once tried one because this gal I was on a blind date with was a vegan, man it was the first date and last vegan burger I had. We just had nothing in common, not because of her being a vegan that we never hooked up again. She was into cats, had 4 at home, she liked kick boxing and she was a heavy smoker. I smoke but this gal was a chimney. We had our 2 hours together with nothing to really talk about, it was more each of us talking and getting no reaction. And at the end, it was rather uncomfortable for the both of us. But it ended well.

I said nice to have met you, she said yeh same here, but let's not do this again.
Stop looking for reps if they don't care why waste your time and traffic at their program, fuck that.

Dating is a numbers game. It was in my time, you go out on a date, you find out about each other and either have a second date or call it a day. You two seemed to have given it a try.

Every no answer in sales means you are one closer to making a sale, or in the case of dating every failed date or relationship means you are one closer to the real one. How I see it.

Veganism is a religion, not a diet. You need to eat meat to be healthy, thrive and survive long term. You can't get the nutrients that you need if all you eat is plants. Why else do vegans supplement? Yeah, there's vitamins, minerals, protein, etc in plants but the average human isn't able to access enough of them. Plants don't want to be eaten. They do have a defense mechanism that can render them toxic for human consumption. Do a deep dive on some of the more recent studies and you'll be surprised when you read up on some of the discoveries made since you were told to eat your veggies.

This is the post every vegan needs to read before starting on a vegan diet.

Simply excellent.

My 1 cent on supplements and vitamins, not good. If you eat the right foods you get all the nutrients your body needs.
