Pornhub and other tubes can make a statement by moving to crypto currencies, then Paypal will realize things are changing in the real world of online payments.

That would be set a precedent and I doubt Paypal will go there. Word gets out then Paypal is going to have to either change their TOS on adult for everybody or cancel the PornHub account all over again.
