Hi Bill,
"Win A FREE" and "The Shining" needs to be a bigger and same size and color #1(try to use Impact font), "Movie Poster Of" better to make a little bit smaller size and with color #2 (also in Impact font).
"The Shining" you can animate by changing from color#1 to color#2.
I would use the black color for background and add border for poster (changing from color#1 to color#2 also, if you will make a gif).

One suggestion is to surf around and look for similar images and think to yourself "Ok, if I was a normal person, would I click on this?" then for the ones that you would definitely click, figure out why and then try to copy that design a little bit so that it works for you.

Honestly there are a couple of things that would make a lot of people think that this is not legit. The basic copy/paste feel of all of the elements is one of the big issues.

Just trying to help, though, I don't mean to sound mean at all.

I know, and again I'm not trying to be mean. It's just that those sweepstakes/giveaway type of ads a lot of times are hard because everyone is skeptical.

i am very good at doing ugly designs .... am design ignorant and don't know how to do nice looking designs
