About 2 hours ago I was stopped at a red light, the light turned green, the car in front of me drove off, I has just a couple of feet into the inter-section when a car going at least 50 mph went flying thru from the left. He definitely ran the red light. Had I been accelerating a little quicker I would not be posting this.

Why I never floor it when the light turns green, there are too many incidents like this I have seen happen over the years.

I guess I have to thank my lucky stars.

you have to view all intersections as dangerous. i have never been in an accident. well a lady hit my delivery truck in the back while i was stopped with my emergency lights on. i was eating real quick on a rainy day.

i was stopped... eating wings or something i understand. but a burger or something is different. some people are just not made to drive. you mention that you jump on green. that should be illegal! that means you are not using caution.

Stress, mind being preoccupied with is gf.......I agree but most of the time is drugs and alcohol that fucks up people's driving.

why do you think they are doing that stuff? to avoid the pressure of those things. if you look in those people lives there is something bad there or some kind of big responsibility and they have nobody to fall back on
