This happened in Russia last Wednesday from what I have read.
Good for the bear, I have never liked any circus, they are smelly spooky events at best, they mistreat animals and idiots attempt crazy stunts and flying across swinging ropes in the air to make a buck. The circus is way past it's sell by date, they should all be banned.
