Depends, some are ok, some will make you no money.
Making your own site with api or just promote using blogs and/or social media will do better, though.

Add -> pick a good domain and do the best seo you can to it for organic traffic.

Use your other sites to drive traffic to WL or directly to sponsor using the usual tools such as banners, posts, pics, clips, frames, api, etc.

Sponsors that I know that block are chaturbate, cambuilder, there are others I can't think of right now. They are more likely to block than not. The trend started a few years ago in response to google.

Flirt4free does not block last I checked.

My feelng is there are too many white label and not enough people know how to optimize their ones for search traffic, this includes me.

You can optimize the living daylight out of a WL, well as much as you're allowed to anyways. If indexing is blocked by the sponsor it just doesn't matter. Check source code and robots.txt of WL sites from the sponsor and check for blocking or ask if they block before wasting your time doing SEO on a site that won't be indexed.
