Nope

[BHT]

If they are not active why follow them in the first instance?

[misterporn]

It is simple if they are not posting for a while why follow them??

[Maya]

I have one that is 6 years old, I was posting jokes and memes, should I use that to promote my blogs or start a new account.

If your hair is a mess what are the chances you care about your appearance.

People try and realize there is not much new traffic to be had and just stop posting, that is usually what happens.

It is not a guarantee that no new posts mean they are not going to follow new followers

[bbwlover]

Stick to following currently updated account, your chances are higher of them seeing your 'follow; request.

[xxxman]

I would not bother
