I'm getting to the point where going with my own unmanaged server seems the best way forward for my business. My host sticks it's neck too much in my business. So who has good offers on unmanaged servers and where can i find a server tech/admin for a reasonable monthly price.

8 years ago I was paying $289 a month and now the same setup with more bandwidth cots me $179 a month, prices have come down and managed is the only option in my case.
