What I have been told from a reliable source is that they are working on getting the UnionPay cards active, but there is no set date on when it will happen.

2 things I have picked up form other forums.

1. Users of the Paxum Trucash card have money stuck on them and can not get them out.
2. Paxum has sent out some of their users a new Paxum Unionpay cards but those cards are worth shit since you can not activate them.

Choice Bank, Trucash and now a total cluster fuck with UnionPay cards, they need to sit down figure out why they can not get a bank to issue a card that works for more than a short time.

what seems to be the problem is they can not comply with our laws an banks that issue prepaid cards soon discontinue their association with Paxum.

The news is there is no news on the UnionPay cards and they are just hoping people will forget about them.
