What are the top 3 things I should be concerned about
1.Quality unique content uploaded and updated often. Google want to see an active site. Even if you are the only activity.
2.HTML BASICS for SEO, eg title tags, H1s, image alt text, meta tags, internal linking etc. You know the basics since the beginning of time.
3. Mobile useability and functionality. Don't trust some script to tell you that you site is mobile friendly. My neighbor is friendly, but not what I want to compare my mobile site performance with. What is your mobile bounce rate, pages per session, session length, conversion rate, etc.?

OMG!

Google has cost me MILLIONS of dollars.

Google was/is NOT good for your bank account.
It was so much better when there were HUNDREDS of Search Engines and HUNDREDS of Web crawlers.
It was so much easier to make money when you KNEW how they worked and how to get listed and thus get visitors.

I don't have to imagine what it would be like without Google.

I remember how much BETTER it was without them. And their search results still suck.
