My lab goes for a walk 4 times a day and that keeps me some what fit, I am working on making my waist size go form a 34 to 32 right now. I am type 1 diabetic and a tad on the over weight side of the equation for my height, I am only 5'9 and hovering around 214lbs. For those who do not know what type 1 diabetes is, you are lucky, if you had the disease you would know. I give myself 2 insulin shots every day since I was 19 years old.

My dog knows when she has to go out and I walk her 4 times a day, most of the neighhors have been here for years so i stop by talk to who ever is out doors.
