I stopped smoking today

I did it with drinking a couple of weeks ago and today kicked my 2nd other negative habit, no more 25-30 cigarettes a day. Not touched a drink since I stopped and if I do start to drink or smoke I will let it be known, but I plan to stick to my decision this time.

No sir not had either since I quit.

Still going well, not had a smoke nor drink. Had friends over Saturday, most of them had drinks, some smoked, I was fine with it, it did not bother me at all.

That feeling I know, one of the hardest parts of not drinking and smoking for me was when we got together with friends and I was sipping diet Pepsi while they were drinking away, but this time I put my mind to it and am not changing.
