[BUSINESS] Paydek and Paxum the same people?

Paydek's site looks very similar to the Paxum one. Are they the same people?
So what is the point of having another site doing the same and offering debit cards, when they clearly do not offer us in America personal cards.They started offering Unionpay cards but those were for non-American accounts and on top they can not be activated.

Any clarification here from Paxum or paydek.

If there is a way for me to be able to accept a Paxum payment without having to create an LLC and business account, that would be nice...

I tried to get an account but they said I need a business to get a business account, no non-business accounts are available to me in California.

I think they are setting up different companies for different jurisdictions to comply with the local laws. Just a guestimate. Is Ruth still here she might know more.

Avoid Paxum, I don't know anything about Paydek, though.

I like checks, paypal and wires for payments, all these offshore banks and companies make me nervous.

Ruth could clear this up. But what can Ruth do she is just a spokeswoman for Paxum, she just says what she is told. Paxum are the ones to set things straight.
